Figuring out the bar business

Starting in 2012

Over the next few years, I've been diligently immersing myself in the intricacies of the bar business, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to acquiring invaluable experience. My journey commenced with an eagerness to understand the fundamentals, from mastering classic cocktail recipes to familiarizing myself with the nuances of customer service. Through hands-on involvement, I've honed my skills behind the bar, swiftly navigating the fast-paced environment with finesse and confidence.

Getting well established

Between 2012 and 2023, I immersed myself deeply in the bar scene within the Windsor Essex County region. Over the years, I've cultivated my expertise to the point where I am now a sought-after figure in the industry.
